Museum Collection Studies

My research is grounded in material-led enquiry, using human hair and historical hairwork to investigate how knowledge, memory and embodied experience can be accessed through making. I work across personal and museum collections, combining close observation, archival research and reconstruction to explore what material objects can reveal beyond the written record.
